By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all our website services, and to stop publishing our website, at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Oakham Ales will do everything possible to provide accurate and updated content on this website. However, we do not warrant or represent the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website and that the material on the website is up to date; or that the website or any service on the website will remain available. We reserve a right not to be liable for any errors

Oakham Ales reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Orders submitted after such changes will be subject to the revised agreement.



We, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website (including, but not limited to text, logos, artwork, layouts, code and software etc.); and all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website are reserved.



You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.



Payment can only be made using credit or debit cards through WorldPay. We cannot take orders by phone or e-mail. Oakham Ales does not store your financial details. Card payments are made through a secure server. Your personal details are not passed to any third parties.

Payment will be made at the time of ordering.



On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Oakham Ales and you will receive a further email when the order has been despatched.

Beer orders are shipped via APC 48h service with deliveries usually on weekdays only.

Merchandise only orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class service.

Orders placed by 9am on weekdays will normally be processed and despatched to our couriers on the same day, with delivery to the customer on the following weekday.

Please note that our couriers only collect from us on weekdays, so orders placed after 9am on Fridays and those placed at the weekend will not be collected from us until the following Monday.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us  at orders@oakhamales.com and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

Shipping is for UK mainland only.



If you need to return goods, they must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from the delivery date. You will be refunded for the goods within 3 days once we have received them, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

Contact us at orders@oakhamales.com if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
