Tasting Note: Plum red in colour. A delicate nose with dry fruits, walnuts and light spices. On the palate, soft and fruity with a little tannin and blackberry flavours.

Food Match: Steaks, BBQ meats and pasta.

Producer: Goyenechea Winery was founded in 1868 by the brothers Santiago and Narciso Goyenechea. Originally from Spain, they commenced their business activity in Argentina by establishing wine and spirits stores in Buenos Aires. Later on they purchased an estate and winery in Villa Atuel, to the south of the Mendoza Province. A few decades later, between 1930 and 1940, the Goyenechea and the Arizu families planted vines and developed the largest vineyard in the world.
