Our August 2025 Collab Beer will be a UK Pale Ale brewed in partnership with our renowned and highly respected friends at Orkney Brewery.
The Orkney Brewery was founded in 1988 and is based at Quoyloo close to Stromness.
We make that the best part of 700 miles away from our home city of Peterborough, so “North to South” seemed a pretty good name for the beer.
Deep gold in colour and brewed with Jester® and Harlequin, two new generation UK hops with distinctly New World aroma and flavour characteristics.
Expect plenty of fresh tropical fruit flavours with hints of blackcurrant plus a smooth grapefruit bitterness.
