Delivery

As soon as you place an order, you will receive the confirmation email from Oakham Ales and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched.

All merchandise is shipped using Royal Mail first class service. Beer is shipped via Parcelforce 48h service.

Orders need to be received by 14:00 to be processed the same day.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us  at orders@oakhamales.com and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

Shipping is for UK mainland only.
